Qbic are transforming a former office building on the corner of John Dalton Street, into a sustainable and eco-friendly hotel. Alongside the development there is Motley Social House, a new 180-cover restaurant space which will specialise in seasonal produce (sourced locally) and will have an outside seating area for up to up to 70 people.
The rooms are pet-friendly, fitted with high-speed wifi, power showers and sustainable toiletries. Plus as part of the hotel’s sustainability promise, guests will be given free drinks if they decline to have their rooms cleaned on a daily basis.
This will be the fourth property for the Qbic Hotels brand, joining locations in London, Amsterdam and Brussels.
We can’t wait to see it fully open after seeing the the site and all of the pictures!
